You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant limilablab.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize limilablab.mobi to use your User Content as described in these Terms. You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

limilablab.mobi reserves the right to remove or edit any User Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by limilablab.mobi.

If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and any modifications to the services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall limilablab.mobi, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall limilablab.mobi’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The limitations set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if limilablab.mobi has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or limilablab.mobi. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. limilablab.mobi may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
